BUSN 456 - Fiscal Management for Nonprofit Organizations

This course focuses on the practical application of accounting concepts and processes of financial data analysis for nonprofit organizations. The imiportance of the management of business information systems will also be discussed. Topics include cash flow management, cost analysis and allocation, investment management, and strategic financial analysis.
