    PHED 250 - Marathon Training

    This course prepares students for a Half or Full Marathon in April.  (Preferably the County Music Marathon). There is an additional course fee for this course.

    Prerequisites
    On the first day of class, students must be able to run/jog 5 kilometers in less than 30 minutes without stopping.

    Credit Hours: 1
    When Offered
    Spring semester.
    Notes
    An extra fee is required for this course.
