PHED 130 - Mountain Biking

An activity course centering on the sport of mountain biking, intended to build both a foundational skillset and a life-long enjoyment of the sport. Scheduled rides, an adequate bike, and helment are required. There is a course fee required.

Prerequisites
Approval of instructor. Student must be physically capable of handling the demands of the sport.
