PHED 137 - Intermediate Martial Arts and Self-Defense

A continuation of PHED-136 with emphasis on building upon a beginner’s abilities and understanding of taekwando in terminology and techniques. Students will have an opportunity to test for the green belt. An extra course fee is required for this course.

Prerequisites
Successful completion of PHED-136, yellow belt status, or permission of the instructor.
