BUSN 500 - Independent Research This course introduces students to the concepts and philosophies underlying academic research in business. The processes, assumptions, strengths, and weaknesses of the scientific method are explored together with alternative paradigms. Students will define a research problem and conduct the necessary research to address the problem. The course may be taken a maximum of 4 times for a total of 12 hours of elective credit. Does not fulfill any MBA program requirements.
Prerequisites MBA program admission.
