SIGN 209 - American Sign Language (ASL) Lexicon This course is designed for students who have a basic knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL). The content in this course provides additional foundation for the sequence of ASL courses. The course will focus on the appropriate use of ASL vocabulary based on lexicon, semantics and pragmatics of ASL through dialogues and peer interactions. In addition, the course is designed to sharpen the receptive skills of students daily ASL conversation.
Prerequisites SIGN-112 with a grade of C or higher.
