Minor Requirements
The Computer Science minor is designed for students interested in obtaining an introduction to the concepts and applications of computer science, preparing them for future work in many increasingly computational aspects of the mathematics and natural sciences disciplines. Because computer science is so closely linked to algorithmic and logical thinking, the minor requires several advanced courses in mathematics. To meet the pre-requisites for these courses, additional courses in mathematics may be needed, so students minoring in computer science may find that, depending upon their major, they will need more than 120 credit hours for graduation.
A minimum grade of C is required in all courses in the minor.
