Coaching Minor

The Coaching Minor will provide the opportunity for hands-on experience in coaching a sport of your choice. It will also provide additional training in the areas of sport injury, coaching theories, and management of sport facilities.

PHED 320 - Theories and Techniques of Coaching Credit Hours: 3
PHED 341 - Administration of Sport Credit Hours: 3
PHED 350 - The Psychology of Sport and Human Performance Credit Hours: 3
PHED 420 - Coaching Methods in Application Credit Hours: 3
PHED 470 - Internship in Sports Management Credit Hours: 3
Choose one of the following:
PSYC 330 - Social Psychology Credit Hours: 3
