The goal of the Engineering Science Minor is to prepare students who are interested in attending graduate school in a specific field of Engineering, pursuing a second Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or seeking an industry position where engineering knowledge would be beneficial.
Since the minor is comprised of courses which require the application of physics and calculus, additional courses in mathematics and physics may be necessary to meet pre-requisites. Thus, depending upon a student’s major, more than 120 credit hours may be required for graduation if this minor is chosen.
A minimum grade of C is required in all courses in the minor.
