ATEP 570 - Therapeutic Interventions I
This course is intended to provide students with a foundational knowledge in the treatment and rehabilitation of activity-related injuries and medical conditions. The course will teach from a holistic treatment viewpoint, utilizing therapeutic exercise, pharmacology, and general medical treatment to provide care for head, neck, thoracic, and upper extremity injuries and medical conditions based on the physiology of healing. Course content will also include basic psychological theories and treatment for psychosocial pathologies.
