PLSC 433 - US Foreign Policy This course is intended to acquaint the student with a fundamental understanding of past and present U.S. foreign policy decisions, as well as a focus on the factors affecting such decisions. Students will learn the theoretical foundations of foreign policy decision-making and the wider context of international relations theory. Students will be expected to apply the knowledge of events, theories and causal factors to a personal understanding of foreign policy processes and make arguments that contribute to a greater understanding of U.S. foreign policy.
