BUSN 291,292,293 - Microenterprise and Economic Development A research seminar designed to engage students in an inquiry of issues related to microenterprise and economic development, and its implications for individual development/empowerment. Work by students in both domestic and international, comparative context is explored. The class will utilize partnerships between various non-profit organizations as learning platforms. Students receive one hour credit for every 45 hours of seat time and experiential exercises. The class integrates service learning.
