MGMT 379 - Organizational Management, Leadership and Communication
A course on the role of communication in organizational leadership. Examines organizational communication from the standpoint of historical and contemporary theories, along with examples and case studies. Emphasis is placed on the interaction of communication, management and leadership, and communication as a tool to support one’s leadership style.
