    NURS 717 - Transforming Health Systems

    Focuses on systems-based processes and practices to optimize outcomes.  Emphasizes role of nurse executive in developing effective and sustainable interventions that enhance care coordination and transitions of care.  Addresses the influence of innovation, crisis sustainability, and accountability across the health care system.
