CHMN 220 - Biblical Interpretation for Ministry
This course intends to prepare students to initiate quality Bible study supporting evangelical, Pentecostal ministry. The pragmatic nature of this course emphasizes the inductive method of Bible study. Direct engagement with English versions of biblical texts will be a primary focus of the course. Interpretive outcomes will be explored with sensitivity to theological and cultural contexts.
Prerequisites
BIBL-101 & 102, ENGL-110, and either CHMN-150 or 151.
