CISS 320 - Software and Hardware Concepts
This course is designed to provide the student with an understanding of computer hardware and software concepts, terms, and developments. The course will provide concepts related to troubleshooting, upgrading, repairing and replacing computer hardware components such as motherboards, processors, memory, and hard drives. The course will also examine the relationship between the different hardware components and provide concepts related to working with the nontechnical people and documenting the repair process.
