CISS 321 - Software and Hardware Concepts II
This course is designed to provide the student with an understanding of computer hardware and software concepts, terms, and developments. The course will provide concepts related to installing, maintaining, and optimizing recent and current versions of the Windows operating system. The course will also examine the relationship between the operating system, device drivers, hardware and applications. The course will prepare the student to troubleshoot computer problems and repair computers related to the Windows Operating System.
