POLS 348 - Middle East Politics This course provides an overview of factors that seek to explain the nature and behavior of modern Middle East politics today, broken down by topics such as: contemporary history, social change, institutions & governance, the mix of religion, society, & politics, political economy, public opinion & political participation, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and finally, regional and international relations.
