    MUSG 313 - Functional Skills for the Piano Major

    This course is designed to further equip piano major students with harmonization and improvisation skills; special emphasis is given to chord progressions, hymn playing, open score reading, melody/bassline harmonization, figured bass, and model composition.

    Prerequisites
    Acceptance in Piano Performance Major

    MUST-231, MUST-232, and MUSA-288

    Credit Hours: 2
