Design, implement and evaluate strategies to address health care delivery challenges in diverse settings and communities. Patient safety and quality improvement outcomes are a central focus. Business and economic principles are explored. Application of strategic leadership principles, including accountability, adaptability, resilience, and innovative thinking.
