MGMT 425 - Human Resource Management
This course integrates the study of human resource management (including recruitment, selection, training, development, compensation, labor relations, and risk management) as a key function in operational performance. Using a practical approach, this course applies general business principles to the changing environment of human resource management. Emphasis will be on developing, implementing, and evaluating processes and systems that lead to effective recruitment, development, and retention of high performing employees.
