    MUHL 215 - Music History - Antiquity to Renaissance/World Music

    A study of the history of significant trends in the history of Western music and musical styles in their social, political, and historical contexts from Antiquity to the Renaissance. This course also includes an introduction to selected classical musical traditions of non-Western cultures.

    Prerequisites
    MUST 111  and MUST 112
