PASM 461 - The Pastor as Person
This course studies pastoral ministry, emphasizing the pastor as a person. Particular attention will be given to developing a philosophy of pastoring, ministerial soul health & hygiene, sexual ethics, contrasting church growth, and church health metrics, pastoring the family better than pastoring the church, and personal biblical conflict resolution.
