In the EXPLORING THE HUMANITIES category, students must complete a total of 6 hours: HUMN-201 and EITHER ENGL-221 OR ENGL-222.

- Performance Ensemble - (10)
- Required (2) 1 semester each of the following:
- MUSE 101CPI Instrumental Collaborative Piano
- MUSE 101CPV Vocal Collaborative Piano
- Required (4) 2 semesters each of the following:
- MUSE 102CM Chamber Music
- MUSE 101OR Orchestra OR 101WE Wind Ensemble OR 101SB Symphonic Band OR CU OR LC (if not accepted into Orchestra or Wind Ensemble)
- Elective (4) semesters of any ensemble
